Letreffen @ Brittle Bakes was established early into the year of 2015 with the mission to churn out th best pattiserrie products ranging from homemade cupcakes, specialty cakes well as french pastries by using only the finest quality of ingredients. Such breathtaking designs were made by the one and only Pastry Chef , Shafa. 

 

Creating the best and finest pastries anyone can think of. Words can only describe how good of a chef she is, but when you try the pastries that she makes for yourselves, its an ever lasting pleasure to your soul. The name Letreffen @ Brittle Bakes was inspired by the simplest ingredient that every pastry product needs, that is non other than sugar. Sugar resembles sand which is course and brittle when crushed. Sugar is the building block and the backbone to any amazing pastry products ever made and will be made in the future. Without sugar , pattisserie will ever be complete. Thus with the inspiration and passion for pastries, Brittle Bakes was born.
